1. Love being mentioned in the same breath as Seth. Have opened a tab to meet Kirin. Thanks for creating webs of connection. 🕸️

2. I saw that ASH on your Are.na and I’m obsessed. It’s just a prototype right? Because I really want one. 🤩

3. I gave up Adobe years ago and don’t often miss it. 🤷

I didn't think this newsletter would be a way to connect people but I love it and hope it keeps happening.

I think ASH is just a prototype, unfortunately. Such a cool idea.

It's just all I've known for years.. but knowing others survive without it is encouraging.

Another post filled with interesting information and ideas!

On Adobe: when I retired, I lost my access to Adobe…when my panic ended, I purchased the Affinity versions of Ps, Ai, and Id. They are affordable, work well and even use some of the same shortcuts (whew! I’d hate to have to retrain my fingers.)

I’ll look into Affinity. Having similar shortcuts would actually be a huge deal. Thanks, Diane!

Man, you really inspire me to keep an eye out for all the wonderful things in the world! I admire it. I'm honored my website advice made it to the page!

I love your Human Intelligence badge and it was great to read the disclaimer around it. Very much in the same boat.

I've been barely able to digest everything that is going on and changing with AI, technology, and Adobe. I'll admit that it's so uncomfortable for me, that I've gone a bit numb. I imagine my brain is trying to protect me from completely shutting down. It's a lot to take in.

Duane Toops work is beautiful! It reminds me of the work of Kazimir Malevich. One of my favorites.

Thank you again for sharing and for the wonderful inspiration.

Thanks, Matt!

I've also become numb. It seems like so much is changing so fast.

Dude, I love your badge. As for the $120 bottle bag, you do you, but for myself, I vote no. I got one of these:

https://www.omahas.com/shop/swiss-gas-mask-bag/

And customized it with a BIKE TINKERS UNION patch. It's my goto little bag.

My bigger bag was a splurge I don't regret, a made in USA messenger bag from my pal Andy's company Aerostich over in Duluth.
